helpful staff local coffee average food toilet cleanliness
the staff service was commendable. i especially enjoyed the sabah local coffee they recommended. my mother enjoyed her 60th birthday, and the staff was helpful.
the food quality was average, considering the price. i also found that the cleanliness of the public hotel toilets was not up to standard, as many stalls had little to no toilet paper

The resort is about an hour from the city. This distance ensures a quiet environment. I stayed in the Garden Wing and found it well kept. The beach is easily accessible and offers a gentle slope, safe for children. The sunset views are beautiful, painting the sky in shades of red and purple.

wonderful resort stay
family room amazing food friendly staff kids club
The room was a good size for my family. the food was amazing. Both breakfast and in-room dining were highlights. the staff was very friendly. the kids club kept my children entertained. i wished i had stayed longer and will visit again.
The resort felt a bit understaffed at times. It caused some delays in service at peak hours.

cold calamari stomach discomfort
The rooms in the Ocean Wing were spacious. It included a huge sea front balcony.
I found the food at Sampan Bar a major letdown. The calamari, sweet potato fries, and chicken satays arrived cold. The calamari had an unappealing texture. A few hours later, my son and I had stomach discomfort.

rich variety golf club beautiful environment lovely waves
The breakfast had a very rich variety of options. Western selections were good. I appreciated the golf club connected to the resort, it provided an beautiful environment. The beach extends a thousand meters. Waves were very lovely.
The kids outdoor playground had broken amenities.
